My toddler is not at kindy or school yet, would this still be good to buy?
Definitely! Luca eats all of the recipes in this book and he’s not yet 2 years old. The recipes are designed without nuts or other allergens so that it’s your go-to book for school lunchboxes but you do not need to have your little one in school for it to be super helpful.
How is this different from your first book?
My first book “My Plant-Based Family’ is a lot bigger than this book (it contains 50 recipes and a lot of nutrition information and meal plans). I wanted this e-book to be a quick and easy recipe book for you that’s straight to the point and filled with snacks that make your week easier. My first book is your go-to book about a plant-based whole food diet for your whole family. It covers everything from supplements to micro and macronutrients, 50 recipes, meal plans and so much more. It does contain some snacks and some of them are great for school lunch boxes but most of the recipes are yummy breakfasts, easy and quick dinners, smoothies and juices, etc.
I don’t have kids, would this still be something I would benefit from?
If you’re wanting some yummy snacks to make that are vegan and nutrient-rich then yes. You don’t have to have kids to benefit from this book and the recipes are ones that I enjoy each week and love.
