    Welcome to Week 1, mama! This week is all about empowering you with the knowledge and tools to nourish yourself through plant-powered foods. We're focusing on abundance and adding in, not taking away.

I share my go-to mid-day reset as well as many different rituals that you can add to your afternoon to help you come back into alignment and recharge before it’s all go again. Some of these rituals are my absolute favourites as they always give me the best boost in energy and bring me back to myself after a busy morning with the kids.

  • You will have access for the life of this program! I want you to be able to come back to this program and do it over and over again. We all need little reminders each year to stay on track so I hope once you sign up you’ll repeat the program each year with everyone else.

  • Of course, you can! I have created this for mamas as we need this type of program but that doesn’t mean that what I teach is not relatable to anyone who is busy and wants to step up and show up as their best self.

  • 4 weeks in total and four modules

  • Of course! I know how it is with kids and how hard it is to block out a month without anything coming up. You can easily stop and start again whenever you feel ready. It’s completely up to you.

  • No, you don’t. I unlock each module on a Sunday morning so you can only access that week’s modules and then you have to wait until the following Sunday for the next module to be unlocked.

  • Absolutely not! I’m plant-based and talk about the benefits of all the incredible plant-based foods but I also mention that if you eat animal products you can do so while following the program. My only hope is that you fill your diet with lots of these incredible plant-powered foods so you feel their magic and how they help us to thrive and then 10-15% of your diet you can add in animal products if you wish to.
